In High School I’ve been in offense in our hockey and sccer team and therefore have always been strong. When I left High School I instantly joined a gym and got all my certificates to become a personal trainer. But it wasen’t until I really set my mind to get a six-pack. After working out for some time but not seeing any results I went back to the drawing board. What was really important when wanting to become a six-pack? Sure, the web is full of information, but you know what? Most of it is outdated, poorly researched and plainly trash. So I did all the research work myself and read everything there is about getting a Six Pack. That ranges from magazine articles from Men’s Health over books like “The Six-Pack Diet Plan” by Rehan Jalai and even seminars from guys like Mike Geary. So what’s in for you?

I also sat together with nutrition scientists like Ellie Biederman from Stanford (she’s a friend of my girlfriends) and got the latest nutrition facts about how to get a six-pack. And that was really valuable information. Did you know, for example that fat is actually much better for you then carbs? That really blew my mind and totally changed the way I think about nutrition today!
